Die-cut means the sticker is trimmed to the outline of your design, so there's no white box around it. They're printed on waterproof, UV-resistant vinyl and cut in house, which is why they hold up on a water bottle, a car window or gear that lives outside.

Straight Answers on Stickers and Gang Sheets
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order whatever quantity you need. Pricing scales with the size and quantity you pick, and there's no big minimum like our screen printing or embroidery.
What file format do you need for die-cut stickers?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) give the cleanest cut line, and a high-resolution PNG or PDF works too. Send what you have and we'll clean it up before cutting.
How durable are the stickers?
They're printed on waterproof, UV-resistant vinyl built to hold up outdoors, on laptops, water bottles, cars and gear.
What file should I upload for a DTF gang sheet?
High-resolution PNG or PDF files at 300 DPI or better work best, and vector files (AI, EPS) are ideal for text and logos. Upload what you have and we'll flag anything that needs fixing before it prints.
What size gang sheet should I order?
Sizes run from 2 feet up to 20 feet. A smaller sheet suits a handful of designs, and a longer sheet is more efficient when you're combining several designs or sizes on one order.
How long until my order ships?
Most sticker and gang sheet orders ship within 7 to 10 business days from artwork approval. Need it sooner? Ask about rush production on qualifying orders.
I need a few hundred shirts printed, not transfers. Is that this page?
That's a screen printing job, and it gets quoted by a person. Fifty-piece minimum. Head to custom screen printing and you'll have a number within a business day.
Bigger run or something custom?
Bulk orders and anything that doesn't fit the builder get priced by a person, usually within a business day.
