Which One Do I Want
Die-Cut or Kiss-Cut?
This is the question almost everyone asks first, and it is genuinely the only decision that matters before you start.
Die-Cut
Cut clean through, all the way around the shape of your design. You peel a single sticker off its backing and the sticker itself is the shape of your logo. This is what people picture when they say sticker. Best for logos, badges, mascots and anything with a distinctive outline you want to show off.
Kiss-Cut
Cut through the vinyl but not the backing, so your design sits on a square or rectangle of backing paper. Easier to peel, easier to hand out in stacks, and the backing gives you somewhere to put a handle or a QR code. Best for events, mailers, sticker packs and anything going out in volume.

What Survives
Being Shrunk to 3 Inches.
A sticker is a small canvas, and plenty of logos that look sharp on a shirt fall apart at that size. Here is what we look for when your file comes in, and what we will flag before anything gets cut.
Thin Lines Vanish
Hairline strokes that read fine on a screen can print broken or disappear entirely once the design is a few inches wide. Thickening them slightly is usually all it takes.
Small Text Fills In
Tiny lettering, especially a tagline under a logo, tends to close up. We will tell you which line is at risk rather than printing it and hoping.
Low Resolution Shows
A logo pulled off a website is often too small to enlarge cleanly. Send the original if you have it, and if you do not, we will tell you whether it is usable.
Vector Cuts Cleanest
An AI, EPS, SVG or PDF gives the cutter a true outline to follow. A PNG or JPG can work, it just needs enough resolution to hold the edge.

Straight Answers on Stickers
What is the difference between die-cut and kiss-cut stickers?
Die-cut goes all the way through, so the sticker is the shape of your design. Kiss-cut cuts the vinyl but leaves the backing square, which makes it easier to peel and easier to hand out in stacks.
What file should I send for a sticker?
Send whatever you have. Vector art gives the cleanest cut, but we look over every file before it runs and tell you plainly if something will not reproduce well at that size.
How do I find out what stickers cost?
The builder prices it live while you set the size and quantity, so you can see the number before you commit to anything. If your job is unusual, call the shop and we will work it out with you.
Can I get stickers with my shirt or hat order?
Yes. Plenty of customers put the same logo on apparel and stickers at once, and running it through one shop keeps the artwork consistent across everything.
Can you match my brand colors on a sticker?
Send the brand colors along with the artwork. We will tell you honestly how close we can get in print before you order rather than after.
