Our minimums, by method
- Screen printing: 50-piece minimum
- Embroidery: 12-piece minimum
- DTF transfers: 12-piece minimum
- Promotional products: varies by item, typically 25 to 100+ pieces depending on the product and decoration method
The reason screen printing sits higher than embroidery and DTF comes down to setup: screen printing requires a physical screen for every color in your design, and that setup cost only makes sense once it's spread across a larger run. Embroidery and DTF have lower per-order setup, which is why we can offer them at 12 pieces.
Real pricing, not a range
Pricing depends on quantity, design complexity, and garment, but here's what a standard order looks like at 100 pieces:
- Screen printing: around $8.87 per shirt
- Embroidery: around $11.75 per piece for a standard 6,000-stitch left-chest logo
Both prices drop further as quantity increases. DTF pricing depends on design size and coverage rather than color count, since DTF doesn't charge more for additional colors the way screen printing does.
Turnaround, honestly stated
Standard turnaround for screen printing and embroidery is 7–10 business days from art or sew-out approval. DTF is typically a bit faster since there's no screen setup step. Promotional products run longer, usually 2–4 weeks from artwork approval, reflecting the wider range of products and decoration methods involved.
